I work with a select number of clients throughout the Washington, DC area on probate and estate matters. I fully explain the different strategies available to plan effectively for the orderly distribution of your estate. Once we have decided on the specific approach that best meets your needs, I will prepare and help you execute all the documents necessary to implement your estate plan, including If you have been named as executor or administrator of the estate of a loved one or if a loved one has died without a will, I will help you navigate the probate process and successfully settle the estate. If you are involved in a will contest, I can help you find creative solutions that avoid the time and expense of protracted litigation.

Over my years of practice, I have built strong relationships throughout the local legal community. Because of my reputation for providing sound legal counsel that focuses on client needs, most of my clients come to me as referrals from other attorneys or from former clients. In addition, if clients have legal issues that are outside my area of practice, I have a network of attorneys to whom I can refer them.
