Finding Creative Resolutions to Family Law DisputesIf you have come to the realization that your marriage is over, and you want to find ways to end the relationship and move forward without bitterness and anger, you want an attorney for whom litigation is not the only answer. You need a lawyer who has experience with mediation and cooperation in the divorce process and who will help you find creative solutions to the challenges you face.
At the offices of Susan S. Liberman, I represent a select number of clients who want to resolve disputes amicably. I focus my practice on matters related to family law and divorce, as well as wills and estate administration. To learn more about the scope of my estate practice, see my wills and estate administration page. Contact me to schedule a free initial consultation.
In my family law practice, I counsel individuals at all stages of a divorce, from the initial decision to end a marriage through negotiation and mediation to the final settlement. I always try to have the parties work together and identify ways to resolve their issues peacefully. I understand that protracted litigation has emotional and financial costs and strive to integrate negotiation, mediation and cooperation into the process.
I work closely to find creative ways to resolve family law issues without acrimony, including matters involving spousal support or alimony and the division of marital property. I do not handle child custody or visitation disputes, but have built relationships with a network of attorneys and will refer you to them to handle any issues that are outside my areas of practice.
Because of the reputation I have built for finding cooperative solutions to family law disputes, most of my new clients come to me as referrals from other attorneys or from former clients.
If you want a caring and compassionate attorney who will work with you in your family law matters, contact my offices to set up a free initial consultation. My office hours are 8:30 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call to make an appointment.
