I work with a select number of clients throughout the Washington, DC area on probate and estate matters. I fully explain the different strategies available to plan effectively for the orderly distribution of your estate. Once we have decided on the specific approach that best meets your needs, I will prepare and help you execute all the documents necessary to implement your estate plan, including
